Securing tenants:

• We will forward the details of your home to relocation agencies, with whom we deal regularly.
• The relocation agencies are retained by some of Australia’s largest corporations, to assist with all issues involved in transferring executives.
• Our Department Manager, Kristy Lubransky, has a great deal of experience and knowledge in this field and has developed a long list of very happy clients.

Rent levels:

• We will ensure that you achieve the optimum level of rent, with the comfort of knowing that your home is being meticulously looked after, particularly with household cleaning and other services often being arranged for the family by the employer organisation or relocation agency.
• If you choose to keep your furniture in the house, you can expect considerably higher rent levels than would otherwise be achieved. You will also save yourself or your employer the cost of transit and storage, along with the associated risk of damage.

Ongoing management:

As with all our leasing, you and your tenant will receive the benefit of our first class service in dealing with issues such as maintenance, rental collection and regular inspections.

We will provide you with regular updates by email or other preferred forms of communication (including photographs within our inspection reports), so that you won’t be left wondering how the rental arrangements are proceeding.
