Directors Justin Dunne and Kristy Lubransky launched One Property Consulting and Estate Agents after extensive careers covering:
- volume leasing on major projects;
- property management;
- private sale and auction-based selling;
- buyers’ advocacy; and
- vendors’ advocacy (also known as property selling agents).
Their careers have included residential, investment and commercial property.
They are passionate about providing a seamless, efficient and professional service, which is evident in their energetic and committed approach to everything they do, continually exceeding clients’ expectations.
Justin Dunne
Justin has been a real estate professional for 18 years, his roles including:
- private sale and auction-based agency sales roles;
- residential, investment and commercial property;
- buyer advocacy; and
- vendor advocacy.
For four years prior to establishing One Property with Kristy, Justin ran his own successful business focusing on buyer and vendor advocacy.
In 2001, Justin triggered the banning of dummy bidding in Victoria when he challenged an auctioneer for accepting fictitious bids. The auctioneer subsequently sued Justin for defamation, but the case back-fired when the magistrate said the auctioneer had been “indulging in a deceitful, misleading and fraudulent stratagem to boost bids”. The auctioneer’s case against Justin was dismissed, and legislation was subsequently passed, outlawing dummy bidding.
Outside his professional role, Justin maintains an active lifestyle, with activities that include running, cycling, yoga and cooking.
Kristy Lubransky
Kristy has lived and breathed real estate for over 15 years, predominantly in the leasing and management of residential property. Her activities have ranged from:
- volume leasing of major projects; to
- managing a portfolio of over 400 residential properties throughout Melbourne, which continues within the One Property business.
Kristy is totally committed to providing great service to tenants as well as owners. Your investment property is your tenants’ home, and she and her team go out of their way to make things as easy as possible for them, provided they are treating you and your property responsibly. That approach has the added benefit of increasing the likelihood of your tenants staying with you for the long term, reducing your periods of vacancy and re-letting costs.
She is responsible for the day-to-day running of the property management department and all accounting processes, with the sole aim of providing an efficient, ethical and professional service at all times.
Laura Di Mauro: Executive Assistant, Property Management
Laura commenced her real estate career over ten years ago, and in that time has enjoyed some wide-ranging roles, including five years in property management with traditional agents and a period with Australia’s top online real estate website, realestate.com.au. Her roles have ranged from senior property manager to personal assistant for two general managers
Laura understands what outstanding service is all about, and empathises naturally with clients, tenants and service providers. She finds the dynamic environment at One Property Consulting stimulating and rewarding, and looks forward to assisting you in all your property management requirements.
Nivek Dunne: Receptionist
Nivek has enjoyed a diverse career in floristry, entertainment and real estate.
Few people could say they have provided services to the late Queen Mother. However, Nivek’s floristry career took her to London, where she enjoyed a management position with world-renowned florist Moyses Stevens, including a role in the firm’s appointment to the late Royal.
She also demonstrated at the famous Chelsea Flower Show after completing her floristry studies at another London institution, the Constance Spry Flower School.
Nivek has brought to One Property Consulting her total commitment to outstanding customer service, and she looks forward to assisting you in all your real estate requirements.
