- We work exclusively for our clients as seller’s advocate, buyer’s advocate or managing agent. We are not in the business of seeking listings for sale, and therefore do not simply try to mould two people together in a transaction in order to gain a sales commission.

As an example of our approach, Director Justin Dunne triggered the banning of dummy bidding in Victoria when he challenged an auctioneer in 2001 for accepting fictitious bids. The auctioneer subsequently sued Justin for defamation, but the case back-fired when the magistrate said the auctioneer had been “indulging in a deceitful, misleading and fraudulent stratagem to boost bids”. The auctioneer’s case against Justin was dismissed, and legislation was subsequently passed, outlawing dummy bidding.
